- All products as shown on this website are subject to availability (as may be varied from time to time)
- The icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability.
- The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints
- Regular Products will be deliver as a same day as per select time slot by customer.
- Courier products will not be deliver same day. Because courier services cannot be delivered at specific times. All courier orders will be delivered during the working day between 9.00am to 7.00pm.
- We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.
- In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Rakhi, New year Etc. the order cancelation would not be possible in such circumstances orders will be delivered on the next working day
- To avoid problems or delays with delivery of your orders, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate pin code of the intended recipient and contact number, along with your correct contact number or e-mail address so that we can inform you if any problems at the time of delivery.
- In case you want to modify or cancel your order so you can call us at 09625303010 (9:00 am – 22:30 pm) or send email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please tell us at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
- Order will not be modified and cancelled within 48 hours from delivery date.
- We take preference “Preferred Delivery Time” from the customer, it is for your convenience and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within “preferred timeslot” however this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.
- If the recipient is not found at home / office, your gift will be delivered to the neighbor, or security as per recipient words. At reception (in case of office), your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items. If recipient’s number is incorrect/Switched off or not responding, or is unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and as such the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs. from scheduled delivery time.
- If, for any reason, the order is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted. We, however, will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting the delivery. If recipient do not agree to take order so No refund / change of order is acceptable in this case.
- All items ordered under “GIFTS” category are shipped using courier. As such we cannot commit any delivery timings for gifts item, all orders will be delivered between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm and may take 5-7 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability. If you have ordered multiple products so flowers and cakes will be delivered on selected date and gifts will be shipped at the earliest possibility by courier,
- Recipient address changes can be for regular products like cake, flower, chocolate, sweets & dry fruits free of cost. if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. After that changes will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled.
- Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.
Order Change & Cancellation
- Regular Products – Cakes, Flowers, Sweets & Dry fruit – Order can be change/Modified free of cost before 48 hours of the actual delivery. Within 48 hours order will not be change and In these case Cancellation charges of 10% are applicable on all cancellation requests.
- Gifts Products – Courier Products – Courier products will not be cancelled after dispatch.
- If recipient receive damaged product so the problem report must be shared with substantial proofs of the damage product within 24 hours after delivery at email@example.com After that we are not responsible for take any kind of action.
Fraudulent Customers Deal
- If Company find out any fraudulent & Bad behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
